A Happy Day
My parents and I always stay at home these days, but yesterday we went to my grandparents’home.
We got to the house at 10 a.m. I saw lots of wonderful things there.
There is fresh air and less pollution than Haimen there. My grandfather grows lots of trees, flowers and vegetables. He also feeds many animals, such as ducks, chicken, dogs. Oh, a really interesting garden! A wonderful and interesting zoo! There is a river near my grandparents’ house. At night, I can see a lot of stars there. I think that’s really great!
After lunch, my father and I wandered around the path enjoying the sunny spring sun. We talked to each other and learned from each other.
In the afternoon, my grandmother took me to visit their animals. My favourite animal is a dog; its name is “Ding Ding.” It has two big and bright eyes and a black and white tail. It has white fur all over its body. It looks really lovely! My grandmother also taught me how to wash flowers.
At supper, I ate my delicious food. My grandparents gave me too much to eat. I thanked them very much.
I enjoyed myself this day. I had a happy day!
